Are there age restrictions or rules for groups?
Contact our team with your dates, group size and guests’ ages before booking. They can confirm the minimum age, group booking conditions and house rules for your stay.
Is a security deposit required?
The published booking conditions specify a €150 security deposit, pre-authorised on a credit card at check-in. It is returned after the room check if there is no damage; damage costs may be deducted. Check the conditions attached to your selected rate.
When are check-in and check-out?
Confirm the check-in and check-out times with reception before travelling. For a late arrival, contact the team in advance to arrange access.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Free cancellation is available until 72 hours before arrival on eligible direct rates. Non-refundable rates are excluded. Later cancellations may incur charges: check your selected rate’s full cancellation and payment terms before confirming.
Can I leave my luggage before or after my stay?
Please ask reception whether luggage storage is available for your arrival or departure day, including opening hours and any charge.
